Fails to activate on iPad in Chrome and Safari #24

When I attempt to install this extension on github.dev in both Chrome and Safari on iPadOS, nothing seems to happen. With Developer: Set Log Level on Trace, I get the following:

No other lines show up in the extension host log. This is admittedly a somewhat esoteric setup, but it would be awesome to write notes on the go. ;) Thanks for the great extension!

I have similar issue: macos monterey + safari, cannot activate the extension.
