Read Title from Front Matter when Heading 1 is not set #31

Firstly thanks for this great extension.

It would be great if there was an option to infer the document title from the front matter title when there is no H1 heading, or instead of the H1 heading. This would probably have to be an optional setting so as not to interfere with people who already use the H1 title but also have front matter.
