Drop Ruby 2.5 from CI, Faraday 2.0 requires a newer Ruby
replace dependency with require

@Shimokuni Ah, the linting, make changes and I'll try and be ready for pushing a yellow Allow CI to run when you've done it. I think you can run the test suite locally, too, so you have feedback before I get to pressing that button. Good luck!
