MekExtra Bug with AE2 #18

If stored SiF4 liquid less than 1000mb, trying to place it in the world using "ME Formation Plane" will cause liquid disappear. (minecraft 1.20.1, with forge 47.3.0, ae2 15.2.13, mek 10.4.9, extra 1.3.2)

I will not disappear when I connect the interface to the panel, you can specify your own.
