Feature Request?: Config option to disable Tier Installers on certain blocks #23

This isn't really a feature request for Mekanism Extras itself but I figured I'd still ask in case.

Currently in Mekanism we do not have any way to disable Tier Installers on specific set of blocks, for example we cannot ask it to only work on Factories but not on other stuffs like energy cubes, bins, tanks, etc...

It would be useful for modpackers that uses different custom recipes for each of those as having the Tier Installer being able to upgrade all of them with its static craft would break said custom recipes.

I already sent a feature request to the Mekanism Github but since its development for 1.20.1 looks like it stopped, I wanted to let you know about it in case you're interested in the idea. It would greatly help me and other 1.20.1 modpackers but I 100% understand if that's not something you're interested in or if you just don't have the time!

I'm sorry, I haven't had time to study this recently. Although I know a little about its principles, it may take a lot of time to implement the function you mentioned.

I can only fix some bugs during this period, and I need to spend time dealing with things in my life.

Hope the Mek official can solve this problem.
