Crash when trying to save #3

I just install it on pc, when the game asks me to create a new save the pcsx2 just crashes and i have to start all the process again of searching for the game and running it, and then it crashes if i try to save.

I fixed the problem by moving the nfl2k23 file from program files to the desktop as the last response suggested in here https://www.reddit.com/r/PCSX2/comments/ceddsw/operating_system_cannot_create_memory_card/
