Followed instructions in the document but this issue is till apparent when trying every fix I can think of.

I am also unable to format HDD in HDD manager.

I'm stuck on this section also. Using PCSX2 v 1.7.9 dev 1280 on Linux Mint 20.2

Hey, also unable to get HDDmanager to read/open so I can format it, did anyone figure it out?
