Improve Description field

OK, this took me a bit of reading of the debian policy manual to figure
out, but to set a description field, the format is like this:

Short description
 Long description paragraph one. 

  Long description paragraph two.

As you see the spaces make the difference. It would be nice if the 1
description box was split into 3 widgets: line entry for the short
description, and 2+ text boxes for the paragraph (box per paragraph,
because users will get confused that the 2nd paragraph has to start with 2
spaces)
