Add Gun component rotation

• player controler can rotate gun with controller and/or mouse:
  • gun_component.rotate_right()
  • gun_component.rotate_left()
• controller support depends on #163
• closes #164

The right stick has bias toward up, down, left, right (at least the controller I have tested) did you notice this, @loteque ? The gun rotation you see it a continuous, circular movement of the stick, but it looks like I repeatedly pause based on the player.
