Sanity checks #3

Make sure our new variables are making sense. Do the topic scores add up to total score? Do the topic copies add up to total copies? Do they match the node table records? Do the number of participants per condition match up, do the scores match up, etc etc

have done these sanity checks for the topic and total copies etc as we calculated each of those. Haven't checked against the node table yet but we did check the node tables regularly before this second experiment due to the node table bug we discovered. Everything making sense at this point. Won't close issue yet as would like to keep as a sanity check for if anything doesn't make sense at any point before publication, can come back and check through these checks.
