Submitter: Simon Hi Terry,

I cant seem to use SeqRet with V4.0 raw data today for some reason? Has worked previously but am now just getting a 'whoops page not found' error message. SeqRet is working fine with the 3.0 genome it only seems to be a problem with the raw v4.0.

I tried logging in to Lotusbase again but still have the issue.

Issue is closed, because it turns out that the user did not supply a contig identifier. Perhaps a helpful error message should be shown.
