replace author name strings by author when available for references

I think the bot is only creating author name strings when uploading articles.

Creating authors when possible would significantly reduce the burden of WikiCite.

citation.js used the ORCIDs of authors provided by CrossRef and looks up the matching Wikidata items, here embedded in Scholia:

As you can see, not all authors with an ORCID have Wikidata items (yet).
