Not getting "Episode Releases" alerts #158

The only notification I received was for a new season announcement for an anime that has finished airing and is on my watching list.

Device: Samsung S24 Ultra System: Android 14, OneUI 6.1

I'm getting these notifications, so are you sure the notification didn't just take more time? When you were getting notifications, have you noticed an airing one being skipped amid 2 other notifications? The app check for new notifications every 15 minutes (unless the operating system stalls it), so maybe you checked your notifications before enough time had passed?

As you can see from the notification categories image, there is no "Episode Releases" So, if the app has previously sent one and I have missed it, there should be an option for it.

These categories get gradually filled in by the system as you receive such notifications. Right now, there aren't other categories because you either installed the app recently or the app data got cleared. There's only one category right now, but you mentioned only a specific type of notification not appearing, so I don't know if the categories indicate anything here 🤔

The app was installed nine days ago, and I didn't clear its data. Aside from that, are there any logs I have to send you or anything I can do to help you in resolving this?

Problem solved. Solution: Enable "Airing Anime Notifications" option from the content page.
