Save/Persist Discover (Collection?) Filters #83

On the discover page, I don't like seeing anime/manga that is already on my list, so I have to reapply the filter everytime I'm browsing. Would be nice to have an option to save all filters.

That, and it would be a good idea to also colorize the filter icon, like Tachiyomi does into Yellow, which gives an immediate visual clue that a filter is currently applied.
