DSI error

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.starting older games like wiiplay and wiisports
2.or some Wii's also press the + button then back with B
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected my game to run, but instead after the line loading, it jumps to DSI 
error

What version of the loader are you using?
v70

What is your System Menu version (e.g. 4.2u)?
4.3E

What is your media type (HDD, USB Flash, SD/SDHC)?
HDD

How is your media formatted (wbfs, fat32, ntfs)?
fat32

Which cios are you using, which version, which base (222,249,...)?
(Please try both 249 and 222 with cfg-222.dol)
d2x v6 base 56 on slot 248, also tried d2x v6 base 57 slot 247 and hermes 
v65535 base 37 on slot 224
(changed in meta.xml)

Does it work with other loaders?
yes, wiiflow 2.2

Does it work with the latest or an older version?
on CFG v65, I don't experience this problem.
haven't tested other versions

Please provide any additional information below.
Not all the Wii's I had would have this problem. Occured to me with 3 Wii's.
starting problem tittles choosing another cIOS still same problem.

tested CFG release version 65 till 70
v67 and up experienced this problem
v65 and v66 no problems
