Agreed with @okraus42 that the CGI location is going to look like this in server config:

• [x] isCgi flag - if has cgiPath
• [x] executable file saved in cgi_path
• [x] no cgi_ext
• [x] check if accessible and executable
• [x] CGI relative path: root + cgi_path
