Add Summary Statistics #23

Even if the monitor only shows ~8 hours of data, some basic summary statistics (mean glucose, time in target, net insulin delivered/witheld) for the displayed time period would be appropriate.

this would be an excellent openaps plugin. openaps-monitor should simply display the data.
