Water / Hole Rework #318

Issue description: The water has a game breaking bug where you jump off of the map if you fall in-between tiles, you continue to "Hop" offscreen. It is also over sensitive to the point where it causes the Barrel Puzzle to be less fun, and more frustrating.

Holes suffer the same problem, but have no animation so instead of hopping, you just get stuck inbetween the spaces.

There may be better methods to use that make this much more solid, and we should review those options ASAP to ensure this does not break people's game.

Steps to reproduce:

This isn't the easiest to reproduce, but it's much easier on the water. If you hit it at the right angle, usually on the corner of the water, this can be observed.
