Couples of changes on API and web ui were made in order to deal with associations and continue the standardization fo the application.

API:

Adding Association controller/service/repository/dtos for CRUD operations (create and delete as admin) (get and geAll as logged user)
'get all' resource supports pagination (same technique can now easily be applied on other resources)
New resources: AssociationCreateDto and AssociationPageDto (which wrap AssociationViewDto in list and join the total association count).

FRONT:

Adding Association table with pagination
Adding dialog 'AssociationCreate'
Extracting global configuration form variables
fixing stylesheets and begin standardization of components style

Tests status:

Adding couple tests, but the rest will be develop once functional features are done
CI update for Node: adding test
