Ported nearly all core functionalities from the Python main branch.
I've been struggling with a weird low level issue where some chunks are arbitrarily empty (sometimes), so there are still some related comments to that in the code. I hope I can resolve this soon, I already spent a few nights and lots of days on this. Getting a bit annoying now. https://github.com/owengage/fastnbt/issues/120
