Description - What's this PR do?

Adds option to enable/disable resource stats collection to WorldConf.
Adds a pmr::StatsResource data member to AabbTreeWorld to support stats collection.
Adds GetType & TypeCast support to World - like Joint has.
Updates INSTALL.md for new CMake FetchContent support that was previously added to application CMakeLists.txt files.
