SpreadSheet API has changed and background/init.js causes an error

Since Aug 2, nudge doesn't work well on my browser.

It looks like checkHidees() in background/init.js is the cause of an error. I think it is because Google Sheets API v3 has been closed on Aug 2. https://developers.google.com/sheets/api/guides/migration#v3-api_13

I think it will be solved by..

• Changing the spreadsheet endpoint in buildUrl from v3 to v4
• Generating an Api-Key and adding it to the endpoint.
