Cannot Install plugin #6

Hello,

I cant install the plugin, followed this steps:

npm install -g cordova cordova create test1 com.example.hello HelloWorld cd test1 cordova platform add android --save cordova plugin add cordova-plugin-gpslocation Fetching plugin "cordova-plugin-gpslocation" via plugin registry info trying registry request attempt 1 at 9:18:12 PM http GET http://registry.cordova.io/cordova-plugin-gpslocation info retry will retry, error on last attempt: Error: connect ETIMEDOUT 50.17.177.14:80 info trying registry request attempt 2 at 9:20:29 PM http GET http://registry.cordova.io/cordova-plugin-gpslocation info retry will retry, error on last attempt: Error: connect ETIMEDOUT 50.17.177.14:80 info trying registry request attempt 3 at 9:23:36 PM http GET http://registry.cordova.io/cordova-plugin-gpslocation Error: connect ETIMEDOUT 50.17.177.14:80 at Object.exports._errnoException (util.js:870:11) at exports._exceptionWithHostPort (util.js:893:20) at TCPConnectWrap.afterConnect as oncomplete

We tried from many locations, what is missing?
