Firefox 32 introduced a new context menu using icons for these actions: back, forward, reload, bookmarks I can't see them with SimpleWhite installed but I can with the default theme. Using Simple White 2.2.0 (most recent version from https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/simplewhite/ )

Hm, it works for me using 2.2.0 on mac screen shot 2014-09-10 at 12 35 32

Thanks for the report! Just tested on Ubuntu. I can confirm that it doesn't work on Linux... (fixing...)

I have fixed the context menu on Linux. @genodeftest Was the system a Linux system?
