toolbar=no #54

Hi, i use a open-source CMS for my website an there is a Button for the Mediaarvchive that opens a new window with javascript with "toolbar=no". The Window opens then but there are not the 3 dots ( for closing maximize hide ) in the upper left corner of the window on firefox 40.0.3 on mac. I just make a simple code example at codepen: http://codepen.io/mbodon/pen/RWPJjq/

I want to work on this issue in my fork, Simple White X. However I do not have a mac, so I cannot do any diagnosis regarding it. I will need help from you or anyone for diagnosis and testing to find a solution.

Hi, i can help to test the addon. v2.2b18.x1.03 is still not working well.
