I have problems with simplewhite since a long time in Debian (versions 8 and 9):
Bookmarks separators are not visible (i see no line, just a blank space)
Checkboxes and radio buttons in menus and most webpages doesn't show the checked mark so you don't know their state.
With the latests change in Firefox 58 I can't scroll down in the new Firefox config menus, theres not even a scrollbar drawn. I know the author is already working in the transition so I hope these last problems will get solved soon... but the points 1 and 2 are problems that have been present for more than a year now.
