UTTT Forfeit + info #49

Placing a title where one isn't allowed should be a forfeit error.

Additionally forfeit errors should include a message for the owner of the agent explaining why they forfeit, currently any error information is only available for admins, there needs to be a separate field that is safe for players to view.
