updated mesher header file to #include iterator on line 22 #6

Hi George, Python/Lib/Core.py and TexGenCore.dll shouldn't be included. Could you make sure that these are being saved in a folder in .gitignore (they should be in your build folder which is ignored or covered by the masks in the Python and Installer folders) Thanks, Louise
