fix: quoting a tweet from a private account generates a quote link with the twitter source handle instead of skipping #78

Current behavior: This tweet is quoting this one.

Quoted tweet is no more available, making the crossposted post to contains a quotation url with the content source handle on mastodon.

Expected behavior: Having the tweet detected as non eligible since it's not a self-quote
