Refactored the reverse proxy docs to use `<details>` instead

I have split the PR in two. This is what the lower part of the docs looks like:

Changes:

• moved ssl to the top as a TIP
• changed the sections to be collapsible
• moved nginx proxy up to nginx

No content-changes were performed ^^
