New Monitor

🔖 Feature description

Would be great if there is a monitor for a mail inbox, to get the status of e.g. backup jobs.

=> connect via IMAP/IMAPs and POP3/POP3s to the email server

✔️ Solution

If e.g. the backup job was successful, the monitor check will be green, else red.

Please do not cancel this one.

SMTP check from #3023 is quite different check as proposed here IMAP/IMAPs and POP3/POP3s check (as i understand Mail Inbox, not MTA / SMTP).
