WHen creating an SMTP notification custom subjects are allowed but, its kind of annoying and redundant to create 7 smtp notifiaction that only differ in the TO field.

Allow for custom TO attached to specific site, rather than the notification object itself.

✔️ Solution

create a single smtp email notification.

create any number of sites, that would allow separate TO email per site using the single notifiaction created but feed in/ save site specific email address for the to portion.

Would sending emails to mailinglists not be a better usecase? This way you can manage mail in a centralised place and not accidentally send emails to an ex-employee/...
