themes.css not loading in options.html #8

All the theme switching logic is working on the javascript side, and the classes are being assigned correctly as well. Chrome inspector tools even says that the elements being targeted actually have the themes.css variables, but the actual view of it is NOT changing.

closing the attribute when linking the css file would def help
