Change server for hosted files to aws mirror #116

The current server the installer tries to connect to is offline. Until that website is back online I propose changing the server specified in installer.rb to the AWS mirror so that users can use the installer.

Supposedly there is a 403 error for http://s3.amazonaws.com/static-public-assets/treat/stanford-core-nlp-minimal.zip

I hadn't been receiving that because I already manually downloaded the file. Nevermind then, this fix is not a silver bullet.
