MySQL Port Connect #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Change MySQL port to Any Except 3306 (3307)
2. Change Web Config port too
3. Now enter in main page

What is the expected output? 
Page shows normal
What do you see instead?
Page have high loading time and finally show blank page.

Please provide any additional information below.

Not work with MySQL port changed (to any port), only with 3306 (default port)

Not show errors (logs/apache/php/nothing)

uhh. i had no problems changing the port to 3307. Im feeling pretty confident 
in my database class. Do you have those ports open? especially in the servers 
mysql access setting?

Yep tested in 4 servers, all =.

Maybe is Wamp server..
