Monitor a department or agency's performance

User Stories

As an IFTTT user, I would like to be able to keep an eye on the Overtime usage of Louisville Metro Government

Context for user story: Overtime usage is an enterprise KPI tracked by LouieStat. This could connect IFTTT to Open Performance.

We could utilize the Datastore API for DKAN to do this, but there are limited datasets available. See: https://data.louisvilleky.gov/search/field_topic/open-performance-371 for a list of datasets that fall under the "Open Performance" title.
