The reason the invoice wasn't generated properly was that somehow the addon for the cones was deleted from the event. I think this can happen if the service 'standalone' was accidentally deleted and added back. This is due to the logic which only shows applicable services. Other than that, I have no explanation. I've added back the addon and regenerated the invoice.
