standings, results: optionally display club affiliation

New table, club_id based "clubaffiliation", can copy from other year

• year
• slug/abbreviation
• title (for hover text)
• alternates (select2 list, user can add tags, unique separator e.g., "||"), defaults to title
  • all tags need to be unique within club_id

edit participants, if club indicated in result but not found in clubaffiliation, flag as error

model SERIES_OPTIONS adds display_club_affiliation, means display in series results, standings
