In Maryland/DC Grand Prix, some participants were tallied twice: Vicky Mundt and Connie Dean

Possibly this happened because birth date is between race first two race dates.

The base problem is that software is categorizing the results for runners not found in the database the same as for runners found but with a slightly different age. These need to be categorized differently, so the admin can "accept" all new runners in bulk, and decide the treatment for each runner who has a slightly different age.
