participant estimate birth date seems off #605

using scoretility-2023-10-30.sql, the birth date for Richard Dix seems off. He was 37 when running Club Challenge, but system thinks he was 38.

Looks like he was listed as 38 in 2022 NCR Marathon, so maybe this isn't a bug. Given he was listed as 37 in 2023 Club Challenge, there's a discrepancy which needs to be looked at.

Melinda wasn't able to get a good results file from 2022 NCR Marathon, so estimated the age. This caused the estimated birth date to be incorrect. This has been fixed for this runner in the database.
