Racing Team: Individual Results sort bad #254

While we're on the topic of racing team, I noticed that the results section of the website is kind of messed up.

If I select the individual results submenu item, I see this. It looks like the sorting is done numerically by the first digit in the date, in decreasing order.

Also - the scoretility link needs to be changed to 2018.

May 19, 2018:

Seems like the easiest way to resolve this was to use "ISO8601" date format in the spreadsheet (i.e., 2018-05-19 rather than 5/19/2018). I changed the way the source spreadsheet cells are formatted which fixed the ordering in the display. Hope this is ok.
