process live tag read stream from Trident

Use connection from results view (or chip reads view), form with ip address, raw port, filtered port (or configure "reader" separately as a handle) (allow ports to be blank, but throw error if both ports blank). Consider UI impact of allowing multiple Trident devices.

put in icebox as it isn't clear real-time access to chip reads is needed, and could be distracting on race day

brought out of icebox as a use case arose from the Indy 5000 -- RaceDay Scoring didn't receive any reads for a bib which was indeed seen on the Trident box
