VIET-style Events for WTWSMS #404

Included are the following:

4 for Norics/Noric-Romans
7 for Bosporan Greeks
5 for Corduenians

I also updated the Event pic stuff to the latest version of VIET 2.0.1. I tried to leave your guys' changes to my event pic code alone, though I might have missed something.

Hopefully I'm doing this pull request right too.
