Minor history changes #412

I think this PR will me mostly focused on fixing vanilla and WtWSMS duplicate characters, probably alongside with few other fixes. Because i know little about these duplicate eastern and british characters, your assistance is very desirable. In addition, i can try to fix roman province names, but i also need your help in that.

Some duplicate province names.

In that case not necessary, already being done.
