• Reduced the amount and redrawn the borders of the provinces within the Saharan Empire
• Redesigned the de jure accordingly
• Adapted history

The balkanised Garamantes look really good! I haven't noticed errors in the setup, just some graphical ones:

• the city position of Makrane prov is to the south of the province

• same issue with Iwdan

• the city position of Rass is on the northern border

• same issue with Aghrom
