What

Adding an additional note about Python and Node requirements. If a user doesn't have Python installed, installs LPM, then installs Python, required packages apparently will not be installed.

Why

Making this PR for visibility and to ask if there are any other steps we want to document (rebooting after LPM install?).

I think mentioning supported Python and Node.js versions will be a good addition.
