Which device are you on? (Ace,Fit, Gio or Mini)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Listening music
2.Sound not glitch but it stay mute for 0.1 sec instead of glitch
3.You can do it listening any music

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Sound not glitch but it stay mute for 0.1 sec instead of glitch

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Cm10-15-12-12 compiled by erik since rohan007 still have sync problems. Android 
4.1.2
