You will have to complete all fields in order to get the issue accepted.
Also please include logcat. We cannot investigate what we cannot reproduce.

1.there is no google play anywhere on this ROM CM 10 Jellaxy

nothing

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Anroid CyanogenMod 10 'Jellaxy'

Google Play need GMS. CM don't have it. You can download Gapp from XDA and 
flash it.
