On Galaxy Ace GT-S5830 with cm-10-20121205-UNOFFICIAL-cooper Google Play says 
that some application isn't compatible with this device, e.g.:

Galaxy Ace meets the requirements (application requires Android 2.2 - 4.2). 
I can install properly this application on cm-7.2.0-cooper.
