feat: Added simplestaking address 6 and 7 support #6

First draft of adding support for the additional simplestaking addresses, I wasn't able to get the node running to verify with actual transactions.

Feel free to point where to proceed if this doesn't cover the requirements as is (e.g., how to get a node running once the project is running through yarn).

Thanks @Tarskin! Yep, this looks about right, I'll just test this locally before merging. Might not be until December 26th at the earliest.
